Enter your order number and the email address or delivery postcode from your order to see where your piece is — from sourcing and production through freight to your door.
Some Victoria Queen products are sourced and fulfilled through international suppliers. Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, freight method and destination. Tracking becomes available when the carrier provides a valid tracking event.
Your order number is on your confirmation email from Victoria Queen. For privacy we only show orders when both details match.
How delivery works
Each product page shows a delivery estimate specific to that piece. Larger furniture travels by sea freight; smaller décor by air or courier. Your estimate is updated at each milestone.Tracking
A carrier tracking link appears here as soon as the carrier records the first scan. Sea freight shows port milestones rather than parcel scans.Need help?
